F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager

Job Summary
Guide customers through financing options, present F&I products and warranties transparently, and structure deals to support customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Submit deals to lenders for approval, maintain strong lender relationships, and accurately prepare contracts, paperwork, and deal documentation. Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations while auditing completed deals for accuracy and improvement opportunities. Work closely with the sales team and dealership leadership to keep deals moving efficiently and ensure contracts are funded accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain all required certifications and stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance, lending, insurance, and F&I procedures
- Ability to effectively structure and close deals
- Knowledge of title and registration processes
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Motivated, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of automotive finance experience or relevant dealership experience preferred
