Job Summary
F&BM Global Program Management Project Manager - Senior Associate for the Corporate and Investment Bank. Supports the Cross Functional, Legal Entity Strategy and Risk Change Management agenda, including Regulatory Programs and projects. Manages project lifecycle from initiation through closing, creates and maintains key project documentation (Business requirements, project timeline, RAID Log), adheres to GPM minimum control points (SOW, governance, lessons learned), and communicates status to Senior Management via scorecards and milestones tracking. Coordinates working group and steering meetings, prepares materials in PowerPoint/Pitch-Pro, documents minutes, and ensures clear action ownership. Builds relationships with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Business Management, Technology, and Operations; partners with stakeholders to identify/escalate issues/risks/dependencies and facilitates cross-team communication. Works with technology to ensure design/build meets business needs and coordinates testing for Technology-impacted projects. Leverages automation/innovation tools to deliver outcomes. Required: relevant experience in Change/Project Management, strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and PowerPoint/Microsoft Office proficiency. Preferred: Project Management qualifications (CAMP, PMP, PRINCE2, APM). Based in London, United Kingdom (full-time).
