Greet guests courteously and attentively while answering outlet telephones efficiently. Take orders from food and beverage menus, ensuring prompt service and correct mise-en-place preparation. Maintain knowledge of all outlet menus, prices, and opening hours to recommend and promote items as directed, including upselling when necessary. Keep department equipment clean and in good working condition while upholding Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards, and service benchmarks. Ensure full participation in brand initiatives focused on sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality. Fluent in English and French with a valid work permit or European passport required for this internship starting December 2026.
