Job Summary
Greet guests courteously and efficiently, answer outlet telephones, and take orders from food and beverage menus while promoting items as directed. Ensure prompt service, prepare mis-en-place correctly, and maintain knowledge of all outlet menus, prices, and opening hours. Uphold Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards, and guest comment requirements while keeping department equipment clean and functional. Internship begins December 2026 for candidates fluent in English and French with valid work permits or European passports.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English & French
- Valid work permit
- Internship must be part of a training program at a hospitality school recognized by the CCNT
- European passport or valid Swiss work authorization
