Job Summary
Welcome guests to the F&B outlets and provide efficient, friendly, professional service while conveying the hotel's image through attitude and grooming standards. Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and coffees, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery of beverages to create an engaging guest experience. Take responsibility for your designated section and station, maintaining stocked levels and hygienic food service techniques throughout service. Receive and process customer payments, clean and sanitize tables, and actively promote hotel facilities. Approach guest problems with a positive problem-solving mindset, communicating proficiently in English to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Prior experience as a bartender within hotels or the service-based industry is required.
