Job Summary
Lead from the floor as Food & Beverage Team Leader for a fast-paced hotel dining venue, guiding service from start to finish, creating a welcoming atmosphere, coaching and developing team members, handling guest feedback with professionalism, preparing and serving food and beverages to high standards, managing POS and financial handling, collaborating with management to drive service quality and efficiency, and maintaining high cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards. Requires previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience in F&B, strong people-skills, decisive leadership, hands-on approach, solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards, and a current RSA. Location: Perth, Australia (on-site). Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced F&B environment
- A natural ability to connect with people - guests and team
- Confidence leading a team and making decisions on shift
- A hands-on approach – you are not afraid to jump in wherever needed
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- A current RSA
