Job Summary
Support F&B managers to ensure Burr and Co runs smoothly and delivers 5* service to guests. Handle high-level service recoveries, train new starters, and manage shifts during F&B manager absences. Lead the team with a focus on personalized luxury experiences and local wisdom. This part-time role offers £14.60 per hour plus service charge, with a schedule including 28 days holiday (pro-rated to 33 days). Candidates must have experience in cafes, restaurants, bars, or hotels as a supervisor or team leader, along with coaching skills. Required Qualifications
- Experience working within a Cafe, Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
- Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best
- You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK
