Job Summary
Tahseen is a 12–18 month interdisciplinary hospitality leadership development program in collaboration with Cornell University. It offers hands-on exposure across hotel operations and leadership tracks, with rotation through core disciplines and a blended training approach designed to prepare Local Nationals for leadership roles in hospitality. The program includes six disciplines on property (Rooms Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Safety & Security, Finance), leadership development components, and a locally translated program focused on developing essential hospitality knowledge, English proficiency, and industry leadership skills. Upon completion, participants are positioned to pursue accelerated career paths within the hospitality industry and contribute to the country’s economic development. The program emphasizes operations oversight, audits, customer service excellence, data analysis, and applying problem-solving methodologies to improve service and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
