Job Summary
Maintain records of approved requisitions; monitor inventory with Crunchtime; budget by recording daily expenditures; verify invoices for back orders, correct items and pricing; inspect received shipments; assist in timely and accurate receiving and distribution of food, alcohol and non-food products; control inventory levels, maintain par stocks, and keep storerooms clean and secure; assist with Crunchtime Recipes, Simphony POS keys/Recipes, and general F&B systems support; input and upkeep data for inventory tracking and recipe creation in Crunchtime; programming and set up of Simphony POS sales keys and other F&B systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required, College Degree preferred.
- Systems analyst, receiving operations, food and beverage inventory management preferred.
