Job Summary
F&B Systems Manager responsible for inventory control, Crunchtime data input, Crunchtime Recipes and Simphony POS setup, coordinating receiving and distribution of food, alcohol and non-food products for the Lodge and Gardens, maintaining par stocks and secure storerooms, and providing ongoing F&B systems support. Duties include inputting/upkeeping inventory data, programming POS keys/recipes, and assisting in other areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as needed
