Job Summary
Guest Service Support Expert duties include assisting with food and beverage operations, setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities require standing/moving for extended periods, reading and visually verifying menu information, and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping. Professional appearance, adherence to policies, safety, and a commitment to Marriott's equal opportunity principles are emphasized.
