Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly customer service while preparing and serving food, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks. Verify identification, follow responsible alcohol-service requirements, and operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately. Count money, maintain cash-drawer accountability, and restock food, beverages, condiments, ice, utensils, and other supplies. Keep service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked while adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and equipment procedures. Complete opening and closing duties and assist in other Food and B areas as needed. Weekend, holiday, and special-event availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- TABC Seller-Server and Food Handler certifications, or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe
- Weekend, holiday, and special-event availability as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to safely lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous concessions, food service, cashier, bartending, or hospitality experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills
