Job Summary
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations in the Manager's absence, ensuring seamless guest experiences through direct leadership of the team. Manage table assignments, reservations, and event organization while monitoring inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies. Train service staff to maintain efficient and guest-friendly service standards, and serve as the primary contact for guest complaints to deliver immediate solutions. Enforce hygiene, safety, and legal compliance protocols across all F&B activities. Requires F&B or service experience, strong German and English skills, and advanced supervisory abilities. Offers a salary of at least €2,263 gross monthly, plus team rates, free meals, and global career advancement opportunities within the Radisson Hotel Group.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich F&B oder Service
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Aufsichts- und Managementfähigkeiten mit einem praktischen Ansatz und einem Arbeitsstil, bei dem man mit gutem Beispiel vorangeht
- Engagement für außergewöhnlichen Gästeservice mit einer Leidenschaft für das Gastgewerbe
