F&B Supervisor

Conduct daily inspection rounds to ensure organization, cleanliness, and adequate supplies while monitoring staff adherence to service standards and Loews SOPs. Supervise guest service, verify correct uniform and grooming compliance, and assist the Team Leader in establishing side work duty completion. Maintain the bank balance and security, read and prepare daily communication sheets, and check floor plans for coverage. Inspect restaurant cleanliness and setup, communicate with the manager regarding special events and house counts, and assist in menu classes, taste panels, and month-end inventory counts. Ensure proper handling of guest checks and cash transactions, report unsafe conditions, and fill in for team members as needed. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
