Job Summary
Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, and bar operations ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training staff, managing daily operations, assisting with banquet operations, preparing weekly orders, and managing food and beverage costs. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to enforce compliance with regulations and policies while overseeing front-of-house staff and offering feedback for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ food & beverage experience
- Some supervisory experience required
- Knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred
