Job Summary
F&B Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations in a hotel setting, coordinating between kitchen, service staff, and management to ensure timely, high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team; monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with kitchen and management to plan menus and service schedules; handle guest inquiries and resolve issues; prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory. Skills include strong leadership, communication, food safety expertise, problem-solving, and proficiency with inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage supervision or related role
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
