Job Summary
Lead the Food & Beverage team in daily café operations and customer service while maintaining top hygiene and food safety standards. Support food prep, cooking, and menu development, and manage stock ordering, rotation, and monthly stocktakes. Handle POS systems, cash reconciliation, and till setup, while assisting with rostering, admin tasks, and SOP updates. Drive sustainability initiatives and health & safety practices, collaborating across Waitomo attractions and supporting other sites when needed. Required Qualifications
