Job Summary
Supervise shifts at Citrique Restaurant to ensure team collaboration, maintain 5-star service standards, and address guest concerns. Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, equipment cleaning, and security protocols. Inspect storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance, then conduct scheduled inventories and manage supply requisitions. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff while enforcing the Open Door Policy. Handle customer complaints professionally and delegate tasks to uphold brand standards. This part-time role requires a valid RSA certificate and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Currently hold a valid QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment
