F&B Supervisor / Captain

Develop high-quality guest relationships by anticipating needs, fostering loyalty, and conveying the hotel image throughout the stay. Supervise stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, check bar and restaurant presentation, and ensure compliance with beverage legislation and hygiene regulations. Manage product availability, track equipment inventory, and coordinate with Front Office and Reservation departments to fulfill sales promises and promote special offers. Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy workplace while ensuring staff motivation, training, and adherence to security and environmental standards.
