Job Summary
Assign tasks, delegate duties, and support team execution while training and mentoring new members. Monitor labor costs, assist with staffing needs, and ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation. Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, follow safety and sanitation standards, and monitor food temperatures. Assist in various restaurant roles as needed and represent Anakeesta values with honesty and integrity. This role requires at least one year of leadership experience, availability for weekends and holidays, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager role
- Strong leadership skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs
- Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities
