Job Summary
Oversee beverage outlets and restaurant service during assigned shift; supervise staff, ensure adherence to service standards, greet guests, resolve complaints, manage inventories, coordinate cleaning, and perform related administrative reporting. Maintain proper uniforms and assist with evaluations and counseling as needed; must be able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications and stand/walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Associate's degree in a related field, or one (1) year of related experience preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
