F&B Shift Leader (Chinese/Russian/Arabic)

Open and close shifts per departmental checklists, organize and delegate tasks for hotel functions and events, and create daily event reports. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and inspect china, glass, and silver prior to use. Communicate meal requirements, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen while ensuring staff work together for optimum service. Provide floor coverage during all meal periods, check customer satisfaction, and correct complaints or feedback immediately. Coordinate with other departments to exceed guest expectations, attend required meetings, and monitor manpower hours for maximum productivity. Perform senior waiter duties in absence and enforce Marriott service standards using reference materials.
