F&B Service - Trainee

Deliver high-standard Food and Beverage service in accordance with departmental standards, taking and processing food orders accurately. Prepare table and room setups, while communicating guest comments and difficulties to supervisors. Converse with guests about wine, advising on types and styles, taking orders, and serving beverages. Upsell beverages and replenish stock regularly, adhering to responsible alcohol service regulations. Maintain impeccable grooming and ensure outlet equipment is clean, polished, and stored per Food Safety Hygiene protocols. Attend scheduled training sessions and operate safety equipment sensibly, including familiarity with first aid and fire procedures. Requires at least one year of restaurant food service experience.
