F&B Service Supervisor

Ensure staff operate as a cohesive team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, organizing storage areas, and conducting scheduled inventories. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy process. Follow all company safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
