Job Summary
Food & Beverage Service intern at a 5-star resort environment. Responsibilities include assisting in F&B service across restaurants and bars, welcoming guests professionally, aiding setup, service and clearing of tables, learning menu knowledge and basic upselling techniques, maintaining hygiene standards, collaborating with kitchen and service teams, and assisting with administrative tasks within the F&B department. Requires current student or recent graduate in hospitality-related fields, strong Spanish and English, and a service-oriented mindset. Accommodation and full board provided, with potential opportunity to join the team after the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but not mandatory
