Job Summary
F&B Service Expert role within the Tahseen hospitality leadership development program at Marriott International, based in Cairo, Egypt. The program is 12–18 months and conducted in cooperation with Cornell University, aimed at developing leadership capabilities and engaging Local Nationals in the hospitality sector. Core activities include managing and coordinating operations, audits and compliance, analyzing data, improving guest satisfaction, and supporting profitability and safety initiatives. Participants rotate through Rooms Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing (BMSC), Human Resources, Safety & Security (Loss Prevention), and Finance, gaining broad exposure to practical hospitality disciplines and leadership development opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales/marketing, management operations, or related areas, OR a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of applicable experience. The program emphasizes customer service, professional communication, problem solving, data analysis, and collaboration with supervisors and executives to achieve service excellence across property operations.
Required Qualifications
