Job Summary
Guest Service Experts deliver a memorable dining experience by taking initiative to provide services such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining work areas. Responsibilities include managing the menu, reading and visually verifying information, and ensuring safety, quality standards, and professional presentation. The role involves standing for extended periods, moving and lifting (up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance), reaching overhead and below the knees, and performing related duties to ensure guests and the business have a positive experience.

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
