Interact with guests regarding their stay, property services, and area offerings while resolving issues using brand-specific processes. Set tables according to event standards, process orders in the POS system, and take room service orders over the phone, confirming accuracy and managing delivery times. Oversee trainees and casuals, ensuring proper coverage and prompt service across all outlets. Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas, clearing tables and following clean-as-you-go procedures. Manage cash and bank handling, counting at shift end, resolving discrepancies, and securing funds. Complete opening and closing duties, including retrieving keys, turning on lights, storing reusable goods, and conducting scheduled inventories of supplies and liquor.
