Manage cash and bank handling by counting shifts, completing reports, and securing funds in accordance with accounting policies. Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and conducting inventory checks. Oversee trainees and casuals while maintaining cleanliness of work and guest areas.
