Job Summary
Conduct guest service as the primary contact in Midtown Grill, Sorel's Bar, and M Club Lounge, ensuring high visibility in public areas. Assist colleagues with In-room Dining and Mini Bar services while delivering excellent service to ensure guests experience a brilliant evening. Maintain knowledge of meat and wines to provide personal service and manage a stress-resistant, flexible schedule across different shifts within a full-time 38-hour contract.
Required Qualifications
- relevant work experience
- speak Dutch and/or English fluently
- can deliver a high level of service

- are able and flexible to work different shifts
