Assist with restaurant service during evening periods, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations. Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience while maintaining outlet cleanliness and ensuring daily checklists are completed. Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction. Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks and build relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Requires an up-to-date RSA, relevant experience, and working rights in Australia.
