Job Summary
Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests; provide friendly, excellent service; assist fellow Team Members with preparation and setup in the restaurant; ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected prior to service; conduct suggestive selling and knowledge of the full menu; manage restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries; perform other administrative duties in the restaurant
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes
- Diploma in any field is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service/guest contact role
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
