Job Summary
F&B Service Associate - Banquet role focused on team collaboration to ensure optimal guest service. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory and supplies management, maintaining cleanliness and safety, supervising staff, coaching and evaluating employees, enforcing company policies (Fair Treatment/Open Door), and ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met. Requires maintaining professional appearance, strong communication, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years related experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
