Job Summary
Greet guests and manage seating to optimize dining-room flow. Seat guests by locating clean tables, pull chairs, and present menus; guide guests through the dining area and assist as needed. Arrange tables and settings for groups with special needs; ensure proper place settings and that napkins and silverware are available. Maintain current menus, ensure cleanliness of work areas, and monitor seating availability and guest well-being. Follow company safety/security policies, report incidents, and complete safety trainings. Uphold professional appearance and confidentiality; communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers, build positive team relationships, and respond to internal concerns. Stand or walk for extended periods; lift and move objects up to 10 pounds as required. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors to support a quality guest experience.
