Job Summary
The Server (Waiter) at Four Seasons Istanbul Bosphorus delivers high-quality dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring guests feel welcomed throughout their visit. Responsibilities include preparing the restaurant setup, maintaining cleanliness and organization, handling billing and POS transactions, supporting smooth service flow, and upholding Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction. Must have hotel/F&B service experience (2–3 years), strong guest-interaction skills, knowledge of POS systems (Micros), and Turkish language proficiency; intermediate English preferred. The role is full-time and local to Istanbul, with an emphasis on delivering service excellence within a luxury hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience
- minimum 2-3 years in F&B service
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and basic reporting
- Turkish required; intermediate level of English is preferred
