Job Summary
F&B Runner responsible for the overall preparation of condiments, food delivery and presentation; ensures confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest and team member records; requires strong written and verbal communication and outstanding guest service to guests, vendors and team members; maintains neat, well-groomed appearance; flexible with attendance including potential later hours or weekends; operates in a casino/hotel kitchen environment; supports buffet operations, cart setup, stocking, labeling and dating leftovers, and proper food storage; must meet health and safety standards and obtain required permits and licensing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED may be required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Kitchen environment
- Must know State and County sanitation procedures and possess current Washington State Food Handlers Permit, ServeSafe Permit (preferred)
- Must be 18 years old and able to obtain Washington State Class II Gaming License; pass pre-employment drug screen
