Job Summary
F&B Operations Manager to lead and oversee restaurant and banquet services at a new Eswatini-based international convention center and luxury hotel development. Responsibilities include managing restaurants and banquet operations, developing service standards, menu planning and quality control, training and scheduling staff, inventory and cost control, health and safety compliance, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with chefs and suppliers on product sourcing. Requires a hospitality or culinary degree and 7+ years in F&B management, with strong leadership, budgeting, and crisis-management capabilities, plus knowledge of local and international cuisine trends.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in F&B management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food service and hospitality standards
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine trends
