Job Summary
F&B Operations & Events Manager oversees banquet, catering, VIP, and special event operations across multiple outlets, leading staff, coordinating event logistics and floorplans, developing menus with F&B leadership, and monitoring compliance and guest service standards to deliver elevated events; requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with hospitality software and Health Department standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hospitality, banquet, catering, or Food & Beverage supervisory experience preferred
- Food Handler Card and TAM certification required
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and guest service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems such as Caterease, Slingshot-Avero, Universal Desktop, or similar platforms preferred
