Job Summary
Lead and inspire outlet managers across F&B venues to deliver guest-first operations, in collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and kitchen coordination. Drive menus and beverage programs aligned with market trends and brand identity while monitoring budgets, labor, and P&L. Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and develop promotions with Marketing to boost revenue and visibility. Build a motivated, high-performing team and foster a strong, positive culture across multi-outlet F&B operations in a hybrid hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach
- Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership
- Experience using digital tools to streamline operations and enhance team performance
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
