Job Summary
The F&B Manager at Hawks Cay Resort oversees food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service excellence. Responsibilities include managing daily F&B operations, delivering memorable guest service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with culinary leadership. The manager is also responsible for team management, recruitment, scheduling, and financial performance oversight, including budget management and cost control. Key qualifications include at least two years of restaurant or banquet experience, leadership skills, and relevant certifications. The position requires the ability to work flexible hours and under various outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of restaurant/banquet experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Serve Safe Certification
- TIPS Certification
- Desire to grow career in hospitality
- Flexible / adaptable with flexible scheduling working nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work outside in sun/humidity and warm temperatures
- Ability to lift more than 50lbs consistently
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team with positivity and high energy
Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience, preferred
- Hotel experience, preferred
- Prior experience with Micros is a plus
