Job Summary
Oversee the venue as F&B Manager with responsibility for staff oversight, recruitment and training, and achieving sales goals. Develop and motivate personnel to meet performance standards; respond to patron inquiries and resolve complaints; ensure cleanliness, compliance, and overall appearance of the venue. Essential duties include staff development, coordinating recruitment and training, forecasting staffing, enforcing service standards, facilitating private events and catering, cash handling, and completing required paperwork and reporting. Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance, ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations, and support budgeting, profitability analysis, and cost controls. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment are required. College degree preferred but not mandatory; High School Diploma or equivalent required; 21+ years of age.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in entertainment industry working in a high-volume hospitality environment
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of/or ability to possess valid working card as required by state/city and venue
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of POS and back-office reporting systems
- Oracle knowledge preferred
