F&B Manager (m/w/d)

Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure seamless guest experiences, while developing service policies and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement. Manage the F&B team through planning, hiring, training, and leadership, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and legal standards. Coordinate inventory, procurement, and cross-departmental collaboration with Front Office and Events to maintain operational efficiency. This role requires proven gastronomy experience, strong German and English skills, and excellent management abilities with a practical, example-driven approach.
