Job Summary
The F&B Manager oversees food and beverage operations at Hawks Cay Resort, focusing on service excellence and operational efficiency across various outlets including restaurants, bars, and special events. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with culinary leadership. The role involves recruiting and mentoring staff, managing budgets and financial performance, and maintaining brand standards. Requires at least two years of relevant experience, certifications in safety, and strong leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of restaurant/banquet experience
- Flexible / adaptable with flexible scheduling working nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work outside in sun/humidity and warm temperatures
- Ability to lift more than 50lbs consistently
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team with positivity and high energy
Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience
- Hotel experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Prior experience with Micros is a plus
- Serve Safe Certification
- TIPS Certification
- Desire to grow career in hospitality
