Job Summary
F&B Manager Intern at Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas who will support breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service in the hotel restaurant/bar, assist with daily operations, and learn from an experienced management team. Responsibilities include helping manage guest experiences, understanding hotel restaurant operations, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere as part of hands-on training in the Food & Beverage department. The internship is part of a formal educational program, with compensation of 400€/month and accommodation/meals available (where applicable). This role offers international exposure within a globally recognized hotel brand and opportunities for career development.
