Job Summary
Lead supplier management, negotiation, and quality control for Cinépolis USA's food & beverage program. Drive inventory optimization, forecasting, and standardized ordering processes to prevent stockouts and minimize costs. Manage supplier performance, implement cost-saving initiatives (bulk purchasing, strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation), and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to align procurement with production needs. Proficiency in inventory management software (Crunchtime preferred) and strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, or purchasing in the restaurant industry
