Job Summary
Greet guests courteously and attentively while answering outlet telephones and taking orders from food and beverage menus. Ensure prompt service and correctly prepare all mise-en-place prior to delivery. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and equipment cleanliness while safeguarding guest privacy and sensitive data. Recommend and promote menu items, including upselling opportunities, and ascertains guest satisfaction to minimize rebates during checkout. Report maintenance faults and strictly adhere to LQA standards and Six Senses guidelines. Fluently communicate in English and French with a European passport or valid Swiss work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting
- Fluent in English
- Alcohol awareness certification
- Food service permit
- Valid health/food handler card
- European passport
- Valid Swiss work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school
- Additional languages
- Fluent in French
