Job Summary
Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, escorting them to assigned dining areas and presenting menus. Manage the flow of guests by providing accurate wait times, using visual cues to seat patrons based on preferences, and answering incoming restaurant calls. Inform guests of current promotions and assist with immediate questions to ensure a smooth handoff to service staff. Protect establishments and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies while working in a standing position for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
