Job Summary
Greet guests and escort to dining room; manage reservations and seating; maintain host stand and menus; monitor open dining sections and waiting lists; estimate wait times and handle telephone reservations; seat large parties and assist as a waiter when needed; facilitate effective communication and engagement; establish relationships with guests; supervise teams and ensure customer confidence; interact with and serve F&B guests; uphold safety/health policies and procedures; drive productivity improvements; provide quality control and problem solving at supervisory level.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
