Greet guests courteously, answer outlet telephones efficiently, and take orders from all food and beverage menus while promoting items as directed by the supervisor. Prepare mise-en-place correctly prior to delivery and ensure prompt, efficient service that meets Six Senses standards. Maintain high personal grooming, keep department equipment clean, and report maintenance faults using required steps. Handle guest billing procedures accurately, minimize rebates during checkout, and bid guests farewell while safeguarding their privacy and sensitive data. Adhere strictly to LQA standards, guest comments, and Six Senses guidelines regarding sustainability, wellness, and local sensitivity. Fluently speak English and French, hold a valid health/food handler card, and possess at least one to three years of restaurant experience in a luxury hotel setting.
