Job Summary
Welcome guests to the venue, provide accurate wait times, and manage reservations through OpenTable. Deliver water and drinks, coordinate seating options with wait staff, and quickly and accurately deliver kitchen orders. Offer excellent customer service by anticipating member and guest needs, perform tasks to support waiters, and greet customers upon departure. Work on your feet for at least 8 hours, handling fast-paced movements and lifting up to 50 pounds. Fluent in English and eligible to work in Italy with a valid work permit. Join the Soho House team to provide an amazing experience for members.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction
- You have to be reliable, flexible, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success
- Fluent in English
- Only those Hosts/Hostesses who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb
